Ward Churchill at Shoreline Community College

Several bloggers have noted the Ward Churchill (with hidden assault rifle) at Shoreline Community College doctored photo story, including LGF and Michelle Malkin and Bos'un Locker. I have nothing profound to add except to say that the folks at Shoreline Community College should know that we know that the photo has been doctored.

Thank you for your post and the contact information on Donna Myers. Late Friday or early Saturday morning I emailed the schools general request box that was on their website. I am going to email Donna and see if she will comment and provide the school's side of the story. It is not clear if is was Mr. Churchill's sleigh of ands or theirs. Mr. Churchill has a clouded reputation and Shoreline Community College is just Pacific Northwest liberal. If I were the school, I would have put the gun toting picture on the lecture promo and haeded of any questions of misleading attendees. I am a military veteran and to me a weapon in the hand of a soldier is natural. However, Mr. Churchill's choice of weapon, AK-47, and his Che Guevara romantic revolutionary look is a poor choice.

In reality Ernesto Che Guevara was "a tool of the Stalinist power blocs and a partisan of nuclear war. His attitudes and actions reveal him to be no friend of the working masses, whether they be workers or peasants." Quote from http://flag.blackened.net/af/org/
